Just had my pool acid washed and tile cleaned by Tri State Pool Service. They did a great job and were very reasonably priced. I would give them 5 stars.

Rich came out today on a 1 day notice. My filter was clogged and not functioning..My pool went from slimey Valley green to crystal clear in 48 hrs.! Awesome job and fair prices! Will use again and again.

Tri-City Pools has been great, we have been using their services for about a year and our pool hasn’t been this nice since the year it was put in. They are great about communicating what needs too be added or repaired and they do the work quick, clean and in a timely manner. A common feeling when it comes to pool services is you wonder what it is you are really paying for but with Tri-City you wont feel like that. They send you a text every week after your service and always arrive close to the same time every week. It’s been a great experience at a competitive price.

Rich provided great service and communication and we will miss him! We are also grateful that he lined us up with a new service so that our pool maintenance was uninterrupted in his absence. Rich is a great guy and we wish him the best!

Tri City Pool Services did an excellent job cleaning the tile on my pool. Rich communicated very well, showed up on time and made sure everything was clean before they left. I also had him replace a check value and he showed up when he said he was going to, charged a fair price and made sure everything was cleaned up. I definitely recommend them and will use them again when I need and pool services.

Had the pleasure meeting Rich to blast the calcium crusted tiles on our pool and what a fantastic job well done. Very professional throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Tri City Pool Services for anything you need done. Oh also my Del AOP UV light unit failed and they were able to recommend a more efficient unit since the original unit was undersized from the start with a new unit and fixed the incorrect electrical done by Premier Pools & Spa.

As a pool remodel company we have tricity pools do all of our new plaster start ups and we refer all of our clients to these guys!Everyone is so happy with their service and the jokes they have while they are working, these guys have so much knowledge about pool equipment, and pool chemistry.We have worked with hundreds of pool guys and these guys have truly earned my trust in the service side.They do all of our equipment set ups, and regular monthly service and Start ups for all of our remodels.Anytime I drain a pool, they are there ready when it’s full.Rich and Dustin are extremely reliable truly smart and know and understand what it takes to take care of your plaster.These guys are beasts in my eyes!Thank you goys for always being there and ready for everything pool related we need!

We had an urgent issue with our pool pump going down, and Rich came to the rescue! He promptly replaced the pump and took the time to go through the programming with us. I called them with my problem, they quickly diagnosed what the issue was, checked to see if the part I needed was covered under warranty, unfortunately it wasn't but they got me the exact part # I needed and told me how to get it. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend you give them a call!

I am truly impressed. I called Tri City Pool Services after my pool pump stopped working. Tri City was recommended by the manufacturer and a local pool supply store. I described the symptoms to Dustin and he seemed very knowledgable about my pump. When he arrived, it took all of five minutes to repair, as he brought the (what he suspected as the most likely) replacement part with him. My pool pump is now working as new. Had a wonderful experience with tri city pools. On a Friday night, way after working hours they came to the rescue to put the program back to working on the spa. They are the best!

I've had these guys out twice for Hayward products that had some minor issues that were under warranty and both times they've blown me away with their professionalism. This time they even tuned up a few things that were un-related to the call or anything they did. I will definitely be using these guys for my next big project.

Tri city pool services did what 3 other pool companies couldn't do. They turned my green algae pool back to the clear blue pool I had years ago. Couldn't ask for a better guy, Rich shows up on time, rain or shine. And works miracles. Highly recommend to anyone!

Our heater sounded like it was exploding every time we turned it on. Dustin came out immediately and fixed the problem. He was on time, friendly, professional and fixed the issue immediately. Best customer service from a pool service I have ever had.

We would recommend Tri City Pools to anyone who is looking to take their pool care to the next level. Rich and Dustin at Tri City are professionals who truly care about providing their customers with the best service in Ventura country. Not only did they help us diagnose and fix our pools issues, they also provided diagnostic services when a third party contractor damaged our pool equipment. Rich and Dustin worked with us for weeks until a resolution was finally met and our equipment was fixed. We needed a warranty check and Dustin was in contact right away and made time the same day to come out. He identified a potential issue and was able to resolve and replace our salt cell. He went above and beyond adding salt for me and giving us great advice to help us get the most out of our Hayward system! Totally recommend Tri City!

I called Rich at Tri City last minute for a pool start up and he came right away to get me dialed in. He’s very knowledgeable and is well versed in everything related to the pool including water chemistry, maintains the equipment, valves etc. I’m so glad I found Tri City and looking forward to using Rich for my weekly maintenance.

Rich, and Tri City Pools are absolutely amazing. Truly night and day from the last pool service I used. Not only does Rich show up when he is supposed to, he monitors and fixes my equipment if needed. I had him install aqua link on my pool and he did a fantastic job. If I have questions, I can text him and get a responsive almost immediately, even on weekends. The system went down last weekend (memorial weekend) and I needed to hear the pool for a party. I text him, and he came over within an hour and fixed the issue. Couldn’t recommend Rich enough!
